Job Title/Designation: Chief Coordinating Officer (CCO) 

Qualifications required: 

1. Graduates/Post–graduates with experience in the senior management position of a commercial institution/educational institution with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience. 
2. Outstanding communication skills. 
3. Capability to motivate and lead a team of professionals. 

Job profile: 

• Responsible for the quality enhancement and coordination with the institutions commensurate with the expectations of the Congregation.
• Develop effective long–term and short–term plans to guide the expansion of all the educational institutions in the province.
• Review and recommend policies and amendments to the General Manager/ Secretary for education thereof in significant areas for the smooth management of the institutions. Provide macro level direction in terms of operations and programs including business contracts with external parties including quality/accreditation of institutions. 

Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka 

Pay Scale: As per the norms
